D-link Group sees overall revenues boost on year in 2007

Despite the weakened US market, D-link Group companies including D-Link, Alpha Networks and Cameo Communications still saw their performance in 2007 increase compared to 2006.

D-link's consolidated revenues were NT$33.23 billion (US$1.1 billion) in 2007 for an EPS (earnings per share) of NT$6.1. Alpha Networks recorded consolidated revenues of NT$22.35 billion and an EPS of NT$3.26, and Cameo booked consolidated revenues of NT$11.63 billion and an EPS of NT$2.47. In total, the three companies surpassed revenues of NT$60 billion.

D-link president JC Liao pointed out that the company's US sales in first quarter 2008 rose 10% on year, while its sales in emerging markets also saw an increase. Liao expects the company's performance in the second quarter to not be affected by the slow season and will maintain the same performance as the first quarter.
