Sad sad sad day for owners of the HTC Magic and the G1, it appears the new Touch Sense UI found in the HTC Hero might never make it to those phones.
An HTC Rep made it known that HTC Android phones which bare the Google Logo will never get the Touch Sense UI, even handsets without the Google branding might not get into Touch Sense party either dude to costs and licensing. While I prefer the clean look of the Google default Android theme, many G1 and Magic owners seem to love Touch Sense so I really hope for their sake HTC figures something out.
