Samsung will provide the first commercial network 4G/LTE TeliaSonera LTE devices

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and telecom operator TeliaSonera announced the signing of the contract under which the South Korean manufacturer for Scandinavian operator will supply LTE (Long Term Evolution) devices for Sweden and Norway next year.

In a Samsung expects its USB modem (model GT-B3710), which it intends to deliver to the operator, will become the world's first LTE device. This novelty, which has a firm LTE chip "Kalmia" and operating in 2.6 GHz band LTE, can be connected to a laptop or any other portable computers.
