Nokia has launched its touch-enabled N97 mini smartphone in the Taiwan market and will release two additional touch-enabled models - the 5230 in fourth-quarter 2009 and the X6 in early 2010.
The vendor also plans to introduce Maemo-based smartphones as well as a Chinese-version Ovi online application store into the local market next year, according to Michael Hsu, general manager of Nokia Taiwan.
