Nokia reduces R & D operations in Japan

Following the announcement last week reduction in R & D centers in Copenhagen (Denmark) and in Oulu (Oulu, Finland), followed by their amalgamation into one company Nokia today announced reductions in their R & D operations in Japan. In this regard, Nokia will dismiss about 220 of its Japanese employees, which will total about 1% of the total number of its R & D personnel. But despite this decline, Nokia is not going to be left entirely to the case in Japan, where it has stalls for business, mainly related to the division of Nokia Siemens Networks and the release of expensive phones Vertu.
