That night (for the European part of) the company Samsung Electronics and SanDisk Corporation issued press releases about the possible purchase of the first company second. At the company's website Samsung reported on a proposal by buying shares of SanDisk for $ 26 per share with a detailed description of the negotiations and correspondence between the companies prior to the proposal. Soon, to this message at the company's website SanDisk says that the Board of Directors unanimous decision rejected the current proposals from Samsung, saying that it underestimated and that of the same proposals were Samsung with more favorable conditions.
