VimpelCom and company Amdocs announced the deployment of an integrated platform for Amdocs, including billing, management relationships with subscribers and the system of self in the company of «Armentel», 100 per cent subsidiary of the company «VimpelCom» Armenia.
Amdocs replaced a number of previously existing systems, providing a common platform for convergent billing and customer records to support operations in the area of wireline and wireless communications and data transmission.
With solutions Amdocs, officers subscription service and sales representatives «Armentel» got a unified system of reporting subscriber, thereby reducing the processing time downloads of users. In addition, customers have the opportunity in detail and at any time to monitor the status of their accounts through a system of self-service.
