HTC will release a device with Snapdragon in the second quarter

The network has information that the company may issue a HTC mobile device based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform in the second quarter of this year. Recently the company introduced the Toshiba communicator TG01 on the basis of this same platform, the issue is scheduled for the summer.

HTC and Toshiba are only two companies from more than a dozen partners, Qualcomm, designing a device with Snapdragon, which refers to Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Acer, Asustek Computer, Quanta Computer, Compal Electronics, Wistron, Inventec and Foxconn International Holdings.

In addition, HTC is also developing a device using the Intel Atom, but according to the sources, Snapdragon-product appears on the market first.
