Developers Android operating system introduced earlier version of the package for application development (SDK) for the new Android platform version number 1.5. This update was previously known under the code name cupcake. In the Android 1.5 SDK API have for these new functions as a virtual keyboard widget to homescreen, speech recognition and many others. Also among the new features platform Android 1.5 - video recording and playback, not only YouTube, stereo-Bluetooth and faster web-browser that supports copying and pasting text.
At the moment, developers can download the support site earlier version of Android 1.5 SDK, and get acquainted with its capabilities. Issue final version is scheduled to close by the end of the month.
Project Manager Android Open Source note that using this version of SDK is better not to create the final versions of applications because they can not work with the final version of the OS Android 1.5.
