TES's new Guiliani Stream Editor is a WYSIWYG tool to create intuitive user interface with ability to drag & drop controls, widgets and associate animations with them. The output of the editor is XML & resource files. The tool has ability to add custom widgets , animation , import photoshop design and simulate the designed GUI before exporting the design to the target.
