Motorola prepares Android-set top box for KDDI

According to the resource Android Guys, company Motorola is developing a set top box for the Japanese operator KDDI. The most interesting thing is that it will be based on the operating system, Android. Thus, this platform is clearly beyond the mobile market. Motorola set-top box based on Android will be called au Box, it is likely to be ready for the largest electronics exhibition in Japan, CEATEC, which will be held in October.
