That is why manufacturers of mobile computers such place special hopes on the new version of Windows 7, which should appear by year's end. Today was declared the maximum specifications netbukov, which you can install the basic version of Windows 7.
So, in order to complete the OS Windows 7 Starter or Home Basic for Small Notebook PCs, netbuk must meet the following requirements:
• Diagonal screen no more than 10.2 ";
• RAM - no more than 1 GB;
• Storage: HDD capacity up to 250 GB or SSD-drive capacity of up to 64 GB;
• Processor: uninuclear with clock frequency of 2 GHz, TDP not more than 15 Watts.
There have also been lifted restrictions on the graphics subsystem, so that manufacturers can use including latest platform NVIDIA Ion. If netbuk not fit into the defined specifications, manufacturers will have to complete the device more expensive versions of the OS.
