Intel and gnu / Linukstsentr begin a campaign to promote the Intel Atom - a new platform for mobile devices running under OS Moblin. The campaign aims to attract Russian programmers for the development of Moblin, and inform the Russians about the capabilities of Intel Atom.
As part of the project in a special section of the site gnu / Linukstsentra collected information about Moblin - an operating system based on GNU / Linux, optimized for mobile devices with Intel Atom. Customers wishing to buy MID, may leave the reservation and the first to buy the device as soon as they appear on the Russian market. Subscribers Linux Format magazine will be further encouraged: in July will be a drawing of three MID devices.
