Modu will be on sale in Israel

In confirmation of previously published information the Israeli company Modu officially announce the release of a unique modular phone. Since yesterday, modu phone and replacement shell (jackets) it can be purchased from the operator Cellcom through Internet shopping and points of sales. Currently for sale is a limited batch of so-called modu kit (base unit and one building), which cost about 125 dollars. Bulk supply of phones into the market, including those outside the Israeli company Modu is planning to start next year.

The base unit modu - self-sufficient mobile phone with a 1.3-inch OLED-display, built-in speakers, microUSB-connector and the battery capacity of 530 mAh.
