TomTom comes to Latin America

Company TomTom announces its entry into the Argentine market. In Argentina, three models will be sold navigators TomTom: decision premium grade TomTom GO 630, as well as models of middle-price range (TomTom XL) and a navigator, entry-level TomTom ONE. The official distributor speak Visuar, navigators will be available in August 2009 in major retail chains throughout Argentina: Garbarino, Fravega, Carrefour, Wal-Mart and Falabela.

Detailed coverage maps, created by Tele Atlas, includes 200 000 km of roads, and detailed coverage of 70 major cities in eight provinces. The chart covers the remainder of the Argentine - a system of intercity highways, continued in Uruguay. Full coverage of the three largest cities of Uruguay are also represented in the map.
