The word "smartbuk" want to ban

I'm sure many of our readers remember the story, which occurred in December last year. Then the company Psion demanded from the media and computer equipment manufacturers to stop using the word "netbook". The reason given was called the fact that in the range the company had the device netBook and netBook Pro, but their names have been registered as a trademark. In the end, this conflict ended only a few months ago - it was the result of the voluntary cancellation Psion ownership of the trademark.

Apparently example Psion inspired a German company with the characteristic title Smartbook, and she decided to go about the same way. One of the authors germanskogo blog about laptops received a warning from the company Smartbook, which required two weeks away from any mention of the term "smartbuk. Probably not too well known company wants to become famous in the wake of the popularity of new devices with the same name. Additional advertising would not want.
