HTC optimistic about future cooperation with Google, but no comments on Nexus One, says paper

HTC (High Tech Computer) has remarked that it is still optimistic about the future prospects of cooperation with Google, without commenting on the recent media reports of the speculated launch of the Nexus One Android phone by Google in 2010, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.

HTC and Google have rolled out a new business cooperation model for the production of the new Android-powered phone, which will not hamper HTC's policy of not further engaging in the OEM handset business, while still boosting HTC's OEM revenues in 2010, the paper quoted sources at securities houses as saying.
