Lockheed Martin submitted a protected computer to flash drive

Company Loskheed Martin - not the most famous producer of mobile computing technology. Its name is more closely associated with the U.S. defense industry, primarily with aviation. But nonetheless, this week the Corporation submitted a product which, although it is a matter of defense, to do with ships and aircraft has not. This is a "defense" of information. And not a strategic nature.

Company Loskheed Martin presented a secure flash card. Even without a flash card, a protected computer to flash drive, since the device is not only a processor, but also its own operating system, a set of applications and files. All this awesome set of protective gear designed to protect information. Protection not only against burglary, but the negative impact of the environment. The main advantages of the model, called IronClad and manufactured unit IronKey, indicates that it is protected at the hardware level, in addition to the standard 256-bit encryption, and it is protected from viruses proprietary operating systems and additional anti-virus systems.

For more detailed technical information about the flash card IronClad not reported, except for the fact that the minimum amount of memory is 8 GB. On the value of the "safe for the information" as no information.
