Smartphone ZTE V987: variant Grand S, but it's easier and thicker

It is learned that the company ZTE is preparing to release a new smartphone V987: reports about it appeared on the website of the Centre for Chinese telecom equipment certification (TENAA). Apparently, the model resembles the thin flagship ZTE Grand S, but differs somewhat simple characteristics and thicker, but the battery in ZTE V987 higher capacity - 2500 mAh vs 1780 mAh at ZTE Grand S.

In this case, the new model as ZTE Grand S, equipped with a 5-inch touch screen, but its resolution is lower - 720p. ZTE V987 smartphone is built on a 1.2-GHz quad-core processor (likely, MediaTek MT6589), operates in WCDMA and GSM, supports two SIM-cards and is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera (with ZTE Grand S 13-megapixel camera). While it is not known when the new device will be available and will be released if it is anywhere but China.
