WILLCOM NS: Notebook from Toshiba with the support of PHS networks

Japanese PHS network operator WILLCOM and Toshiba company presented new PDA - WILLCOM NS, also known as Toshiba WS026T and capable than the others to connect to the PHS network operator and the use of packet data.
