We’ve asked our Palm Treo 680 smartphone customers to update to new software by Sept. 15 so they can have the best possible wireless experience. Customers who don't want to update to new software can visit one of our stores to upgrade to a new device. As we continue to invest in our network, it is important that customers have current software on their devices - or their phones may not work properly or at all. We've been alerting our Palm Treo 680 customers about the need to update their software — and the vast majority have. A very small number have not, and our recent text was another reminder to stress the importance of this software update. Customers can visit www.palm.com/680CriticalUpdate to perform the update.
