Keane Appoints Former IBM Executive to Lead Southeast Market

John Coupland Joins Keane as Vice President in Atlanta.

BOSTON, -- Keane, Inc., a global services firm that specializes in optimizing businesses' information technology (IT) investments, announced that it has appointed John Coupland to the position of Vice President, US Southeast Market Leader.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Coupland has 22 years of business development and delivery leadership experience in business process outsourcing, systems integration, and services delivery. Mr. Coupland has extensive global experience pursing new clients, defining value propositions and service opportunities, and managing the delivery of services to existing clients. He has successfully led clients and service teams in complex project areas to optimize results.

Prior to his appointment at Keane, Mr. Coupland held leadership positions with various companies including IBM, Capgemini, Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting and worked with such clients as HSBC, Procter & Gamble, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Bank of America, Daimler-Chrysler, General Electric, Nokia and AT&T.
