Company Yota, Russian developer and provider of mobile services on the basis of Mobile WiMAX, received a package of licenses for the provision of information encryption.
The set includes three licenses FSB: for the provision of information in encrypted channel, the spread of encryption (cryptographic) facilities and their maintenance. Licenses in force throughout the territory of Russia.
Cryptographic protection in the Yota network is based on international standard AES with key length 128 bits and its periodic change .. Encryption of information in the subscriber channel provides protection against interception of data on air and on the control of malicious communication and communication lines.
As the Yota, it was the first among the network operators a standard Mobile WiMAX has received a license FSB. Their presence provides an opportunity to provide corporate clients with additional services Yota secure data exchange.
