The site provides Spanish speaking consumers interested in Cricket the ability to explore Cricket’s products and services, view promotions, make purchases online, access and manage their account online and find local store locations – all in their native language.

Hispanics constitute the fastest-growing minority group in the U.S., according to the U.S. Census Bureau, and constitute an important market segment for Cricket. Hispanic customers currently make up approximately one third of Cricket’s customer base, compared to just 11% of the wireless industry on average according to the Yankee Group (June 2009).
Cricket employs Spanish speakers to help Hispanic customers learn about products, open Cricket accounts and assist with customer service questions. Cricket also offers customer service assistance in Spanish by calling 1-800-CRICKET (800-274-2538) and pressing “1;” the website adds yet another way for customers to get answers to questions quickly and easily.
