Verizon Wireless Offers A Free Educational Data 101 Workshop At Asheville, North Carolina, Store On September 29th

ASHEVILLE, NC — If you’re a Verizon Wireless customer who recently purchased a BlackBerry® or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), you’re thinking about purchasing one, or you currently have a data device and just want to learn more about its features and functionality, your local Verizon Wireless Communications store is here to help.

Verizon Wireless of Asheville, located at 242 Tunnel Road, invites customers to learn more about BlackBerry and PDA devices at a Data 101 Workshop on September 29, 2009. Two complimentary sessions will be offered for customers’ convenience at 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and will last approximately one hour each.

Wireless technology evolves quickly and often times consumers can’t keep up fast enough to take advantage of the broad range of useful features available on their wireless devices. Verizon Wireless is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible and wants to help customers learn how to maximize the usefulness of their BlackBerry and PDA devices to help simplify their lives.

A demonstration on how to use these devices will be followed by a Q&A period when customers can ask specific questions about their devices. (Attendees are encouraged to bring their personal devices). The demonstration will include:

•Browsing the Web
•Using navigation functions
