Nokia Messaging coming to Orange France customers

Nokia Messaging coming to Orange France customers.

Paris, France - Nokia and Orange France will soon bring Nokia Messaging, a user-friendly push email service, to Orange France customers.

For Orange customers, the Nokia Messaging push email service enables access to email accounts from thousands of webmail services across the world - all from the mobile phone. With Nokia Messaging, users can read, send, forward and reply to emails, as well as download, read and attach files while on the move.

To gain access to this new service, users simply need to enter their email address and password. Orange customers can then configure up to 10 personal email accounts to be sent directly to their Nokia mobile phone, using email services such as Orange, Gmail(TM), Yahoo!®Mail and Windows Live(TM) Hotmail®.\

"We are delighted to be launching this "push email" service with Orange. This is a clear demonstration that mobile messaging isn't just for big companies. Thanks to this solution, private and professional users alike - SMEs, freelancers, young professionals and students - can receive their emails instantly," said François Bornibus, General Manager, Nokia France.

To allow its customers to benefit from this new service, Orange will shortly introduce Nokia Messaging with its Origami Plus and Origami Jet monthly plans on the following devices at the time of launch: Nokia 5230, Nokia E71, Nokia N97 and the new Nokia N97 mini. Nokia Messaging will also be available with the Orange email option.
