Sprint Chief Service Officer, Bob Johnson, Talks to Customers During Live Web Chat

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.-- Bob Johnson, chief service officer at Sprint (NYSE:S) will be the guest for a live online chat on October 13 at 2 p.m. CT. The chat, open to anyone who registers at http://community.sprint.com/, will focus on the gains Sprint has made in overall customer experience and the company’s future service enhancement initiatives.

Johnson will take both live and pre-submitted questions during the hour-long chat. Questions may now be submitted at buzz-admin@sprint.com.
