National system of distribution of electronic books bookee announced the start of commercial exploitation. As far in the statement, service bookee designed for reading electronic books convenient: users can buy and read e-books and create your own library for different devices. Currently the library bookee is available for purchase almost 2000 books from 10 leading publishers. Project bookee received investments from Softline Venture Partners in August 2009.

At the moment the shell provided a platform for Microsoft Windows; in the near future - will be available for Linux and Mac OS X, and subsequently - for all popular mobile platforms.
