Toshiba launches the world's most capacious embedded NAND flash memory modules

The Japanese firm Toshiba announced the start of production of 64 GB embedded NAND memory, which in her words, are the most succinct today. The new memory chips are compatible with standard e • MMC, which was specially designed for use in a wide variety of consumer devices, including smart phones, mobile phones, netbooks, and digital camcorders. Test copies of the 64 GB models are available today, and mass production is scheduled for the first quarter of next year.
