DaVinci Nibbio: quad tablet running Android and Ubuntu


Italian company DaVinci Mobile Technology unveiled a tablet called Nibbio. This model is interesting, first of all, that uses just two operating systems - Android 4.0 and Ubuntu 12.04, that is, available for download just two operating systems to choose from. At the same time, the tablet is based on quad-core Samsung Exynos 4412 with Mali graphics 400 - the same as the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S III.
DaVinci Nibbio equipped with 10.1-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal flash memory (to increase its volume by using the card microSD). Also has two cameras: a front VGA and a 2-megapixel on the back panel, and wireless capabilities of available Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3G and Bluetooth 4.0. Among the ports tablet - Mini-USB 2.0 and HDMI, and its weight is 560 grams. Now, producers take pre-orders for new product costs 309 euros, is scheduled for release in March of this year.
