Service provider networks are experiencing an architectural evolution so that they become more dynamic and programmable in nature. Software Defined Networking (SDN) is one of the key components of this evolution and Ericsson's vision for Service Provider Software Defined Networking (SP-SDN) sets the direction towards a flexible network ready for the Networked Society.
