The company Huawei Technologies has announced the commissioning of the first decisions of CDMA2000 1xEV-DO version of B, ready for commercial use, in the Fourth World Forum of the operation and development of CDMA.
1xEV-DO technology enables triple increase in the rate of transmission of broadband wireless CDMA network and significantly improve the quality of services without any additional investment in hardware and infrastructure.
The company Huawei, said that the first of suppliers invited to use the commercial operators on the basis of network EV-DO version of B, supporting the transmission speed in the direction of descending to 9.3 Mbit / s and in an upward direction - up to 5.4 Mbit / s .
Huawei said that upgrading to CDMA2000 1xEV-DO version of A would require a minimum investment. A benefit from the introduction of CDMA2000 1xEV-DO version - are obvious. On the basis of the equipment, operators can offer advanced mobile broadband services to VoIP, videophone, as well as to offer multimedia services and network games.
