Finally appeared Skype for Symbian, while the beta version

The company Skype has finally decided to please the owners of smartphones based on Symbian and released its VoIP-client for this platform. That is, we are talking about "full-fledged" Skype, but not Skype Lite.

While the application is Skype for Symbian is available in beta version and supports 17 models of Nokia smartphones based on Symbian S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 and Feature Pack 2. Two versions of Skype for Symbian is available for free download here and here, the application works on Wi-Fi or 3G. Developers note that, as with any beta version, Skype for Symbian may have a number of shortcomings. Also, they promise in the future to expand the list of supported devices.
