The world's first network 4G/LTE put into operation in Stockholm

Swedish telecommunications company TeliaSonera has announced today the launch of the first in the world's largest network of the fourth generation (4G). The statement notes that this launch, the largest to date, the network carried out ahead of original schedule, and the speed of data transmission on the network can send and receive video content in high definition (HD).

The operator noted that the center of Stockholm, is completely in the network coverage area LTE production Ericsson, and to date, is the largest project on the deployment of LTE networks in the world. TeliaSonera first subscribers will have access to the service, LTE, using commercially available LTE-modems (dongles) from Samsung.
