Mobile operator MTS-Ukraine has announced today that a GPRS / EDGE-modem service «MTS Connect» 40%, and invites customers to purchase the equipment at a price of 498 UAH. ($ 1 ~ 8 grn.).
Modems based on EDGE and GPRS - the device is a PCMCIA-card (model EG602) or USB-modem (model EG162), which provides mobile Internet access via GPRS / EDGE-connection. In doing so, the subscriber can choose the best service for mobile Internet access and take advantage of the choice of one of three services: «GPRS Mobile Internet», «Giper.NET» or «GiperAktiv».
To use the device, rather:
• insert the SIM-card into the USB-modem or a PCMCIA-card
• connect your device to your computer
• the software will automatically install and configure the selected Internet service providers to access the Internet.
C data modems, subscribers can enjoy the familiar telephone services, such as the exchange of text messaging and voice communication. In addition, MTS subscribers can use these devices not only in Ukraine but also in more than 100 countries around the world in which the partners of MTS-Ukraine for GPRS / EDGE-roaming.
Modems «MTS Connect» available to all contract subscribers of MTS, MTS subscribers Advance, using your existing SIM-card or a new one provided in the kit.
